Please note, our carrier does not deliver on weekends.
During periods of commercial operation (Private Sales, Sales, Archives, etc.), our order preparation times may be extended and will therefore impact our delivery times. We invite you to allow 2 to 3 additional working days. An email will be sent to you when we ship your order.
Return policy
Returning your order is at the customer's expense. Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to make a return.
- Make sure all items are in exactly the condition you received them, with their original and safety tags still attached.
- If your return package is lost, our customer service reserves the right to open an investigation with the carrier concerned. For this, proof of deposit and a package tracking number will be requested and will be essential for opening this investigation.
To make a return, use the return slip received inside your package. Complete all the information in the “Return Information” section and send your package to the following address:

Refund
Your refund will be made to the credit card used to pay for your order.
Please note that we will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 working days after receiving the return of your order.
In the event of theft or loss of your bank card, we invite you to contact your banking establishment.
Exchange
JOIA carries out size exchanges only. You can use the return slip received in your package by completing the size exchange table.
For size exchanges, we offer shipping of the new item via the same carrier chosen when ordering.
If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
Defective item
If you receive a defective item, we invite you to take photographs of the defect encountered and to expressly contact our customer service within seven days at contact.joiaparis@gmail.com. Please note that we do not carry out exchanges. If the defect is confirmed, you will need to return your order to us, we will refund you and you will need to place a new order. If your article has been modified, we will not be able to take it back.
